From the end of the M5 at Exeter take the A380 in to the heart of the resort. Follow signs for Torquay /Paignton, then for Paignton sea front. Continue along sea front to the Harbour. Road adjacent to harbour becomes Alta Vista Road.

By Train:
Cross country and regional trains stop at Paignton. From Paignton Train Station, 10 min walk to Benbows Hotel via sea front and Harbour or 5 min taxi ride.

By Coach:
National Express coaches stop in Paignton Bus/ Coach Stations. From Paignton Bus/Coach Station, 10 min walk to Benbows Hotel via sea front and Harbour or 5 min taxi ride.
